Booking now for 2026-2027 Wedding Seasons
Our goal is to help you have the perfect wedding day without costing a small fortune. You can make Vida Buena Farm your own with catering, rentals and decor of your choosing. We help out as much, or as little, as you like.
Premium Wedding: 48-hours. Up to 120 people. Tables, chairs, placesettings, glassware. $7,500
With our premium wedding package, you have access to the venue from noon on Friday through noon on Sunday. You have the whole place to yourselves (we are always around to help out, of course). We’ve tried to include as much as possible in the venue rental fee, including:
- Day-of wedding coordination, and two planning sessions with our in-house wedding coordinator
- Barn wood tables and chairs (plenty of seating for up to 120 wedding guests)
- Complete place settings (large and small plates, flatware, glassware)
- 4 handcrafted wooden tables (wedding cake, gifts, sweetheart, welcome)
- Lots of wine barrels (for wedding ceremony décor, cocktail tables, etc.)
- Bridal Loft (for getting ready and you can stay the weekend if you like)
- ‘Lil Red vintage trailer (for use as the “Groom’s Room” and/or photo ops)
- Multiple wedding ceremony locations (including a covered option in case of rain)
- Guest use of the bocce courts and custom-made porta-potties
- Portable heaters, a portable cooler, and event signage
- Plenty of parking and a helpful parking attendant
- Camping is also an option
Intimate Wedding: 12 hours. Catering for up to 50 people. Day of Coordination. $7,000
Simple and elegant, private and personal…you can enjoy Vida Buena Farm for an intimate wedding for up to 50 people.
- Venue access from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Catering for the wedding reception includes a grazing table, buffet with choice of 1 protein, 2 sides, seasonal salad and house made bread, iced tea, lemonade, infused water.
- Officiant with custom wedding ceremony
- Tables & chairs
- Place settings, flatware and glassware
- Day-of coordination and one planning session with our in-house wedding coordinator
- Bridal suite for getting ready and taking awesome photos
Micro Wedding: 8 hours. Tables, chairs, placesettings, glassware. Champagne celebration for up to 25 people. $6,000

With the perfect space for your closest loved ones, you can focus on what really matters – personal experiences. lasting memories, and a wedding day that feels like you.
- Venue access for 8 hours
- Décor items for wedding arbor and tables
- Champagne celebration with either cake or appetizers
- Officiant with custom wedding ceremony
- Tables & chairs
- Place settings, flatware and glassware
- Day-of coordination and one planning session with our in-house wedding coordinator
- Bridal suite for getting ready and taking awesome photos
Elopement: 4 hours. Champagne celebration for up to 10 people. $5,000

At Vida Buena Farm, our intimate elopement package is designed for couples who are looking for a stress free, affordable, and meaningful celebration. With naturally stunning ceremony locations, and simple yet elegant decor, the space feels effortlessly curated – but still completely you.

- Décor items for wedding ceremony and celebration
- Champagne celebration with either cake or appetizers
- Officiant with custom wedding ceremony
- Tables & chairs
- Place settings, flatware and glassware
- Day-of coordination and one planning session with our in-house wedding coordinator
- Bridal suite for getting ready and taking awesome photos
Do-It-Yourself: 12 hours. Make it your own! $4,000
Some folks like to be able to handle everything on their wedding day – that’s totally fine with us. The venue only rental fee includes:
- Venue access from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Tables & chairs
- Bridal suite
- Multiple ceremony locations (including a covered option in case of rain)
- Guest use of the bocce courts and custom-made porta-potties
- Portable heaters, a portable cooler, and event signage

Additional Services
- Officiant – Rick is an ordained Minister of the Universal Life Church. He will craft a custom wedding ceremony to perfectly match your values. He likes to get to know you so he can focus on what brought you together and share your vision of marriage. $500
- Wedding Coordination – Shannon, our amazing in-house wedding coordinator, offers multiple add-on packages so you can get exactly the help you need with whatever wedding package you choose. Prices vary.
